a long term plan for the Mission and Development
of the Order in India, both basic and beyond
through a careful identification and honest
discernment of all relevant issues with a shared
understanding of the objective and process.

To initiate alternative strategies for comprehensive planning by inspiring a desire for an improved situation, equipped with objective reflections and innovative ideas that prompt a readiness to perform and reform.

To work out the feasibility of maximizing our existing resources and expanding our infrastructure and growth with a vision and dedication for mission and development by studying the context in dialogue with the Province with a clear frame work, time frame and right perspective.
4.
To focus on sustainability and growth through proper management and investment of our resources with possible and viable projects small and big, rural and urban with new outlook and resurgence.
5.
To ensure coherence, relevance and
feasibility of a project in the given place,
time and situation, including Objective Oriented
Project Planning –Appraisal, Monitoring and
Evaluation of the complete cycle of a PROJECT
from identification and proposal writing to
submitting intermediate / progress reports and
final/completion reports.
6.
To identify projects that are;, appealing, affordable
to both donors and beneficiaries, need based,
eco friendly, cost effective, people oriented
and those that will help the advancement of
long term plan for the Mission and Development
of the Order in India and to implement them
on the basis of priority and by way of delegation.
